Welcome to O. Kavli AB

Kavli started a sales office in Stockholm in the beginning of the 1930´s. In June 1940 O. Kavli AB was founded and cheese production started in southern part of Stockholm.  Since 1992 O. Kavli AB has its production facility and head office in Älvsjö, Stockholm. Today O. Kavli AB is market lead within cheese spread, mayonnaise and dressing.

The Group’s founder Olav Kavli invented Primula, the world´s first durable cheese spread in 1924. Cheese spread remains an important product for Kavli Sweden alongside mayonnaise, dressing, flatbread and caviar.
