Finn Jebsen
Finn Jebsen has been chair of Kavli Holding since 2006. Currently self-employed, he has 25 years of experience from the Orkla group, where his executive roles included serving as CEO. He is chair of Kongsberg Gruppen, deputy chair of KLP and a director of such companies as Norsk Hydro, Awilhlemsen Management and Berner Gruppen. Mr Jebsen has an MSc in business from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen and an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

Stefan Granlund
Stefan Granlund was CEO of Kraft Foods Norway, part of Kraft Foods Group, until the summer of 2009. He currently works as an independent consultant and as CEO of Nordic Lunch AB. He has more than 20 years of experience from the food industry, serving as CEO at companies in Finland, Sweden and Norway for such enterprises as Marabou, Kraft and Maarud/Estrella. Mr Granlund has an economics degree from the Åbo School of Business and Economics in Turku, Finland. |
Aksel Mjøs
Aksel Mjøs served as a director of Kavli Holding AS in 2002-03 and was re-elected in 2007. He has been a trustees of the Kavli Trust since 2003. With a PhD in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), he is currently a post-doctoral assistant in the NHH’s department of finance and management science. Dr Mjøs was previously CEO of DnB Kapitalforvaltning, chair of Vital Eiendomsforvaltning and vice president of Morgan Stanley in London. |

Eli Kverneland
Eli Kverneland was elected to the board of Kavli Holding AS in 2009. She served as a director of Kavli Norway from 2007 to 2011. After completing her education, Ms Kverneland spent 10 years in sales/PR with the Kverneland group. She has been administrative secretary at the Jæren division of Q-Meieriene AS since 1998. |
Reidar Lorentzen
Reidar Lorentzen has been a director of Kavli Holding AS since 1994 and was its chair until 2006. He has also been a trustee of the Kavli Trust since 2000 and chair of the trustees since 2008. Mr Lorentzen has broad management experience from Norway and abroad. He has performed a range of assignments in the fields of management and company development, and is the author of a number of books on leadership and strategy. He has experience of boardroom work from many companies, and is currently CEO of investment company Stratel AS. Mr Lorentzen studied business economics and has an MBA. |
Kathrine Mo
Kathrine Mo has been a director of Kavli Holding since 2006. She is currently head of brand management at Statoil ASA and a trustee of Norway Trade Fairs. Ms Mo has a background from large fast-moving consumer goods (FMGC) companies such as Procter & Gamble, Orkla, Coca-Cola and Telenor. She has an MSc in business from the University of Lausanne.

Rune Nyheim
Rune Nyheim has been a director of Kavli Holding AS since 1997 and was a director of O. Kavli from 1995-97. He served as factory manager at O. Kavli until October 2011, when he took over the job of total productive maintenance (TPM) manager at Kavli Norway. He has taken a number of courses related to his previous and present posts with Kavli. |
Kim Wahl
Kim Wahl has been a director of Kavli Holding AS since 2010. Wahl is chair and owner of private investment company Strømstangen AS. He is also chair and a founder of the Voxtra Foundation and a director of the Aspelin Ramm group. He spent 20 years establishing the European private equity company IK Investment Partners (formerly Industri Kapital) as a partner and deputy chair. Mr Wahl also has experience from US investment bank Goldman Sachs in London and New York. He has an MBA from Harvard University. |
